We require a processing time of 3-5 business days to ensure each order is packaged with love. Due to the volume of orders, we require 5-7 business days to process orders during the holiday season.
Need your order quicker than our standard processing time? Select the Shipping + Rush Fee option during checkout to have your order processed within 1-2 business days. The normal shipping timeframe still applies. This option does not apply to customizable items and wholesale orders.
Shipping Options + Rates
We happily ship all orders via USPS. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days at $3.95 per package. Expedited shipping is 3-5 business days at $7.95 per package. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order has been process successfully, you will receive a tracking number in your email and an estimated date of delivery. Order not received? Please do not hesitate to contact us or email our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in the email.
We apologize, but we do not ship internationally at this time. We are working our hardest to bring this shipping option soon.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
We happily accept all major debit/credit cards. Check payments are unavailable at this time.
Coupon Codes + Promotional Sales
Our coupon codes are one-of-a-kind, meaning that they are for one time use only. Coupon codes are always eligible to be used on sale items. When shopping during our promotional sales, use the code provided to add it to your order on the checkout page. If your order qualifies for the discount, the price breakdown will show the amount you saved on your purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All products sent to the return address will be destroyed for no further use. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. Please keep the items you purchased and destroy them at your own discretion.
